Valentina is our trusted immigration lawyer.

After graduating in Law from the University of Palermo in 2011, Valentina gained experience during an intensive legal practice in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law prior to successfully passing the Italian Bar Exam in 2014.

An exceptionally passionate lawyer, Valentina is specialised in Civil Law and has considerable experience in Immigration legislation, not just in the realm of Italian citizenship but also in appeals against residency permit and visa denials.

Legal Assistant

Juli

Juli is a legal assistant and our trusted citizenship consultant and eligibility expert.

She studied Linguistics and History at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.

A bilingual speaker of Italian and English, Juli has worked over the past three years in Italian immigration law, assisting clients with their Italian citizenship requests, both in administrative and judicial cases.

Our expert in determining clients’ eligibility for Italian Citizenship, she works closely with applicants from start to finish to ensure a complete and thorough Italian citizenship request is presented, assuring the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

Translator

Marina

Marina is a sworn translator from English into Italian. She is a native speaker of Italian with a B.A. in Translation, an M.A. in Specialized EN>IT Translation and is certified in Translation Quality Management.

She is registered at the court of Palermo, Italy, as a CTU (consulente tecnico d’ufficio or court-appointed translator) and with the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Palermo and Enna as a language professional.

Over the last four years, she has worked with Italian citizenship applicants helping them with the sworn and certified translations of their vital records and legal documents for their applications at Italian courts, comuni, and Italian consulates abroad.
